• Location: Building Project, Central Town Area
• Salary: $ 5.5 – $6.5K Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

Requirements:

3. Good understanding of Spoken & Written English, able to communicate with team members
4. You must have a Min of 3 years Singapore Work experience
5. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
6. Specialist Diploma in BIM added advantage.
7. Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling with Autodesk Revit
8. At least 6-8 years of working experience in the construction industry
9. Solid understanding of construction practices and building design drawings.
10. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; additional experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3ds Max, and other BIM software is a plus (BIM / Revit / Navisworks).
11. Ability to independently produce CSD/CBW drawings and coordinate Room Book details with other trades.
12. Experience with Singapore hospital/medical facility projects another added advantage.
13. Positive, collaborative mindset with a focus on solutions and teamwork

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot challenges and deliver high-quality models on time.
• Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards and workflows in line with company policies.
• Provide support to the Project Team by managing RFIs, creating presentations using BIM models, and other related activities.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of documents generated through BIM modeling.
• Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan and project-specific workflow criteria.
• Prepare and print drawings for production and participate in design and progress reviews.
• Develop presentation slides and BIM-related documentation. Oversee CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination among relevant parties.
• Identify and resolve M&E services clashes within the BIM model.
